These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Yalano, Palestine's unified marketplace. By using the platform or joining early access, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Platform purpose
Yalano is a marketplace that connects users with listings and trusted local businesses across real estate, cars, fashion, electronics, jobs, services, and more. Yalano provides the platform but is not a party to transactions between users.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for using the platform in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
3. Listings and business profiles
When you post a listing or create a business profile, you confirm that you have the right to offer the item or service and that your content is truthful, lawful, and not misleading.
We may remove listings or profiles that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or harmful.
4. Prohibited content
You may not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, offensive, infringing, or that promotes prohibited goods or services. Spam, scams, and misrepresentation are strictly forbidden.
5. Accuracy of information
We strive to keep information on Yalano reliable, but we do not guarantee that listings or business details are complete or error-free. Verify important details directly with the relevant party before acting on them.
6. Third-party transactions
Any transaction, agreement, or communication you enter into with another user or business is solely between you and that party. Yalano is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items or services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yalano is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from transactions conducted through it.
8. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a risk to the community or the platform.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Yalano after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
